The Jerry Lee Lewis Experience formed in October 2004 with the aim to faithfully recreate the legendary
wild rock and roll show of Jerry Lee Lewis. The band have played local venues around Perth as well as playing successful tours in
Dublin and Shetland. The band members include Owen T Muir (piano/vocals), Gary Johnstone (Bass/vocals) and Alan Drain
(Drums). The band belt through 50s classics like "Great Balls of Fire," and "Whole Lotta Shakin," in an electrifying performance.
The set list also includes some heart-wrenching blues where Gary Johnstone switches briefly to lead guitar. Trademark Jerry
Lee antics are a frequent feature of the set, says Owen "I've already had my keyboard repaired three times since starting
the band.........but its worth it!!"
